Health care and higher education partner Mark Barnes will present at the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at the Yale Law School on November 11.
Mark’s presentation titled “Federal Funding in Uncertain Times: Law, Litigation, and Policy” will be moderated by Solomon Center faculty director and professor of law Abbe Gluck.
Mark, a Yale Law School Visiting Lecturer, will discuss law and policy of federal funding to private entities including universities, considered in present and historical context, and the implications of significant cuts and restrictions on federal research funding to universities and academic medical centers.
