Business restructuring partner Stephen Iacovo will participate in the 2026 Chicago Judicial Valuation Conference hosted by the University of Chicago Center on Law and Finance on the university's campus in Chicago.
Stephen will join a panel on March 20 exploring bankruptcy sales. Also participating in the panel are Edith Hotchkiss, Boston College Carroll School of Management; Michael Simkovic, USC Gould School of Law & Justice; Chris Sontchi (Del. Bankr. Ret.; Singapore Court); Judge Michael B. Slade (Bankr. N.D. IL); and James H. M. Sprayregen, Hilco Global.
The event brings together academics, practitioners, and judges to examine and evaluate current valuation practices in financial litigation.
