On May 7, Amanda Raad, co-head of the anti-corruption & international risk, crisis management & investigations practices, and R&G Insights Lab, will participate in a panel discussion at Compliance Week National 2026 in Washington, D.C.
The session, titled "Approaches to Business Ethics Amidst a Breakdown in Global Consensus,"
will explore how ethics and compliance professionals can make the business case for staying respected, well-resourced, and relevant amidst uncertainty. Amanda and her fellow panelists will discuss practical initiatives that can have a large impact on ethical culture, the challenges of attracting and retaining compliance talent, and how to prevent well-designed controls and programs from breaking down in human systems.
Amanda will be joined on the panel by Doel Kar, an ethics & compliance attorney and adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law; Mara Senn, the former global executive compliance leader at GE HealthCare; and Richard Bistrong, CEO of Front-Line Anti-Bribery LLC and advisory board member of The Leonid Group.
