Securities & futures enforcement practice co-lead Dan O'Connor will speak at the Boston Bar Association's 2026 White-Collar Crime Conference, being held on May 7 in Boston's Seaport district.
Dan will participate in a panel titled "Securities Enforcement Today: Trends, Priorities, and Practice Insights Across Agencies," which will examine the evolving landscape of securities and financial crime enforcement, with perspectives from federal and state enforcement agencies. Among those joining Dan on the panel are David Morrell, Deputy Director of the Northeast region of the SEC Division of Enforcement; Anthony Leone, Deputy Secretary in the Securities Division of the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, and Seth B. Kosto, Chief of the Securities, Financial, and Cyber Fraud Unit in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Massachusetts.
The conference brings together law firm defense counsel, government prosecutors, in-house counsel, judges, and corporate professionals for professional development and networking for Boston's white-collar crime bar.
