Managing principal and global head of advanced E-Discovery and AI strategy Shannon Capone Kirk will speak at the New York City Bar White Collar Crime Conference, a one-day conference being held on May 14.
Shannon will participate in the panel, "Artificial Intelligence, Ethics and Privilege." Her fellow panelists the Honorable Jesse Furman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Litigation & enforcement partners Lisa Bebchick, Brian Blais, and Helen Gugel will also be attending the conference. Helen is a member of the New York City Bar Association's White Collar Committee.
The conference will explore critical developments in white collar enforcement, including the growing complexity of prosecutions and investigations, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional issues, an evolving enforcement landscape, and the additional layers of complexity posed by technology, cryptocurrency, and cybercrime.
