Jim Dowden Serving as Co-Chair of Boston Bar Association's Spirit of the Bar Annual Celebration

Jim Dowden, co-leader of the firm's government enforcement/white collar criminal defense and crisis management & investigations practices, is serving as co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Spirit of the Bar, being held September 24 at the Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston.

Spirit of the Bar is the BBA's signature annual event honoring the lawyers, judges, legal professionals, civic leaders, and organizations whose integrity, dedication, and commitment to justice strengthen the profession and the community. This year's event will feature the presentation of the Haskell Cohn Distinguished Judicial Service Award to former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer in recognition of his decades of public service, judicial leadership, and enduring contributions to the law. This is particularly meaningful as Jim clerked for Justice Breyer during the 2004–2005 U.S. Supreme Court term.
