September 10, 2026

Litigation & enforcement partner Andrew Dale moderated the panel "AML and ABC Crackdowns, Multijurisdictional Cooperation, and What Counsel Should Do Next" at Leadership in Law Singapore 2026 on September 10.

The session looked at how regulators in APAC and around the world are stepping up enforcement against bribery, corruption, and money laundering, which is raising compliance expectations for companies and increasing personal liability for senior leaders. Panelists discussed what this means for businesses in Singapore and the wider region. They covered key enforcement trends and cross-border cooperation. They also covered practical steps companies can take to strengthen controls, manage third-party risk, and prepare for investigations under tougher regulation.
