R&G Insights Lab Director of Behavioral Insights Nitish Upadhyaya will participate in the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics' 25th Annual Compliance & Ethics Institute, being held September 27–30 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida.
At the conference, Nitish is co-hosting a session with Guillem Casoliva-Cabana on “The Latest Behavioral Science Insights Transforming Ethics & Compliance.” The interactive session will help attendees understand the latest behavioral science insights most relevant to modern ethics and compliance programs and bring to light practical behavioral “tweaks” that can be integrated into policies, communications, training, and reporting mechanisms. The content is designed to increase the confidence of attendees in building behaviorally informed interventions that proactively reduce the risk of unethical conduct. The focus will be on using existing resources rather than engineering entirely new initiatives.
The Compliance & Ethics Institute is SCCE’s flagship event, bringing together compliance and ethics professionals from around the world for education, practical insights, and networking.
