Megan Baca to Present at Women Leaders in Life Sciences Law Conference

Megan Baca, managing partner of the Silicon Valley office, co-head of the firm’s intellectual property transactions and licensing group, and co-head of the firm’s digital health initiative, will present at the Women Leaders in Life Sciences Law conference in San Francisco on November 10.

Megan will speak on the panel “Beyond the Deal: Alliance Management Strategies for Successful Life Sciences Partnerships.” The panelists will explore alliance management approaches throughout the partnership lifecycle—from designing governance structures, managing IP and data rights, addressing dispute prevention and resolution, and shifting strategic priorities and business objectives. Speakers will discuss the evolution from transaction lawyer to strategic advisor and relationship steward.
