A cross-practice team led by Boston-based private equity transactions partner Jane Goldstein represented Correct Care Solutions, LLC (CCS) and its affiliates in a $59 million or $3.95 per share proposed acquisition of Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc. (NYSE Amex:CONM).
CCS is a national provider of healthcare management and medical technology services to state and federal jail and correctional facilities. CCS cares for approximately 64,000 individuals in 19 states. Conmed is a leading full service provider of correctional facility healthcare services to juvenile and adult county detention centers.
