TSG Consumer Partners Invests in Paige Denim

Ropes & Gray represented TSG Consumer Partners, a leading private equity investor in high-growth consumer brands, in its investment in Paige Denim, a rapidly growing Los Angeles-based affordable luxury brand. Founded in 2004, Paige Denim has since then become a denim powerhouse with a steadily expanding line of styles with iconic appeal. The investment will fund further growth opportunities that will further develop the Paige brand. The partnership also highlights TSG’s expansion into fashion apparel and accessories.
