Ropes & Gray recently advised Genstar Capital on its planned sale of TravelClick, an industry leading provider of hotel data intelligence, to Thoma Bravo for $930 million. The deal was announced March 18 and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2014.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity transactions partner Howard Glazer (San Francisco) and included finance partner Byung Choi (Boston) and antitrust partner Michael McFalls (Washington, D.C.).
