Intellectual property litigation partner Robert Goldman (Silicon Valley) spoke on a panel titled “Competition Law: Recent Developments” at the 22nd Annual Fordham IP Law & Policy Conference on April 25. Actavis, relating to the antitrust implications of “reverse payment” settlements of patent infringement cases under the Hatch-Waxman Act and, more generally, whether the Supreme Court decision may revitalize the doctrine of patent misuse.
