Ropes & Gray represented Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe in connection with its agreement to invest in Emerus Holdings, a nationally recognized leader in the delivery of inpatient and diagnostic care in partnership with major health systems. It specializes in the identification, development and management of improved access and operationally efficient medical facilities throughout the United States.
The agreement, announced Sept. 1, will provide additional capital for Emerus to expand its business operations and to continue to partner with health systems across the nation.
