Genstar Capital’s PSKW Adds-On PDR Network

Ropes & Gray represented Genstar Capital and portfolio company PSKW in its acquisition of PDR Network, LLC from Lee Equity Partners, LLC. Based in Bedminster, N.J., PSKW is a market leader and innovator in patient access, prescription medication assistance solutions and payment reimbursement services on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers. Ropes & Gray advised Genstar when it acquired PSKW in October 2015.

PDR is one of the most recognizable brands in health care and has built the largest network to engage physicians, pharmacists and patients with clinically relevant content in a targeted and measurable way. The acquisition was announced Dec. 4. No further details were disclosed.
