Ropes & Gray represented M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. in its acquisition of 100 percent of Aeroflex’s diode business from Cobham for $38 million in cash. MACOM is a leading supplier of high-performance analog radio frequency, microwave, millimeterwave and photonic semiconductor products that enable next-generation Internet and modern battlefield applications.
The acquisition was announced Dec. 14.
