Ropes & Gray advised Altamont Capital Partners on the sale of Cascade Windows, a leading manufacturer of windows and patio doors, to CenterOak Partners LLC. Altamont originally invested in Cascade in 2012. Headquartered in Spokane, Wash., Cascade has been designing, manufacturing and selling vinyl windows and sliding doors for more than 25 years.
Terms of the transaction, announced Feb. 2, were not disclosed.
