A March 27 article in Life Health Pro quoted health care partner Tom Bulleit (Washington, D.C.). The article discussed four Affordable Care Act (ACA), or Obamacare, change paths that are getting more attention after the cancellation of the House Republican health care bill known as American Health Care Act (AHCA).
Mr. Bulleit explains that the withdrawal of the AHCA bill could result in a bigger administrative role in rolling back ACA rules for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Tom Price. Instead of repealing the ten essential health benefits included in the ACA, HHS could issue new rules narrowing their definition, which might appeal to more moderates and conservatives than full repeal.
