In Managed Care Magazine, Health Care Co-Chair Discusses Expectations for 2018 Value-Based Care

Health care partner and co-chair Deborah Gersh is quoted extensively in the December issue of Managed Care Magazine, discussing what to expect for value-based care in 2018.

Ms. Gersh explains that despite federal government uncertainty, clients recognize that value-based health care is here to stay and will provide greater leverage and bargaining power. Resource challenged organizations, such as some inner-city and rural hospitals, that did not anticipate the costs of technology and data security may not be able to keep up with incentives for health care reimbursement, which will impact patient care and recruiting physicians.
