Intellectual property transactions counsel Regina Penti (Boston and London) led a panel on “The Business of Licensing 2.0: Cross-Border IP Licensing” at the 40th Global IP Conference and Exhibition held in San Francisco on Feb. 28. Panelists included the head of patent litigation for Arm Inc. and the legal director for MobileIron, among others. The panel addressed recent trends in cross-border IP licensing and common pitfalls and other issues that arise during cross-border negotiations and licensing.
