- The steady flow of transactional activity in January closed with two notable deals for our clients:
- APG Asset Management will expand its Irish joint venture with the U.S.-based Hines Group to establish a new platform to invest in the development of residential-led, mixed-use schemes across the greater Dublin area. Ropes & Gray advised APG on the investment.
- Osmose Utilities Services, Inc., a provider of critical inspection, maintenance and restoration services for utility and telecom infrastructure, announced its sale to EQT Infrastructure from Kohlberg Investors VII, a fund managed by Kohlberg & Company, LLC. Ropes & Gray advised Osmose Utilities Services in the transaction.
- Attorneys in Ropes & Gray’s anti-corruption and international risk practice have co-authored two chapters in Global Investigations Review’s latest guide to global investigations. The chapters examine the advantages and disadvantages of self-reporting to authorities in the U.S. and the U.K.
- On Feb. 13, Ropes & Gray’s Chicago office will host an interactive workshop led by Jack Craven of Conscious Leadership Group. The program, presented by 100 Women in Finance, will encourage attendees to shift their language and actions to feel more empowered and take control of their choices.
