Ropes & Gray advised Genstar Capital portfolio company Advarra in its intent to acquire Forte. The transaction was announced on September 5.
Advarra is a leading provider of institutional review board, institutional biosafety committee and research quality and compliance consulting services to hospital systems, academic medical centers and clinical trial investigators. Forte provides software and services for clinical trial management, clinical data management and research administration for cancer centers, academic medical centers and health systems.
