A Ropes & Gray team advised ArcLight Capital Partners on the final closing of its latest fund, ArcLight Energy Partners Fund VII. The fund closed with approximately $3.4 billion in commitments. ArcLight has raised over $19 billion globally since inception. The fund closing was announced in a Feb. 3 press release.
The team advising ArcLight was led by asset management partner Raj Marphatia (Silicon Valley, San Francisco).
