Ropes & Gray advised REV Group Inc., a manufacturer of industry-leading specialty vehicle brands, in the sale of its shuttle bus businesses to Forest River, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. The transaction includes the shuttle bus brands Champion Bus, Federal Coach, World Trans, Krystal Coach, ElDorado and Goshen Coach. Proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down outstanding borrowings under the company’s ABL debt facility. The transaction was completed on May 8 and announced in a press release.
