Ropes & Gray represented Daxko and GI Partners in the recapitalization of the company by Genstar Capital and existing investor GI Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. It was announced in an Oct. 19 press release.

GI Partners is a leading private investment firm based in San Francisco with offices in New York, Chicago, Greenwich and Scottsdale. Since its founding in 2001, GI Partners has raised over $29 billion in capital from leading institutional investors around the world.
