Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on April 26 in a press release.
Lifeway Mobility is a home accessibility solutions provider based in Hartford, Connecticut. Cressey & Company LP is a private investment firm based in Chicago and Nashville focused on building leading healthcare services and information technology businesses.
