Ropes & Gray has advised Xerox on its acquisition of Go Inspire, a UK-based print and digital marketing and communication services provider, serving customers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The acquisition supports Xerox’s commitment to expand its digital services business and bring innovative solutions to the workplace. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity transactions partner Elizabeth Todd and counsel Shona Ha, with associates Sam Hancock, Sean Darling and Benjamin Cooper. Other members of the team included tax partner Brenda Coleman and associate Charlie Voisey.
