Finance partners Byung Choi and Jay Kim will speak at the 28th Annual Refinitiv Middle Market, Direct Lending & Large Corporate Loans Conference on Nov. 2 at the New York Marriot Marquis Hotel in Manhattan.
Byung and Jay will moderate a panel entitled “Leveraged Deal-Making in the Current Economy,” and will be joined by John Cokinos of RBC Capital Markets, Mark Liggitt of Ares Management and Ken Prince of Advent International. Speakers will discuss the outlook for leveraged financing in light of current market and economic conditions, including whether leverage multiples are changing.
Byung and Jay will also explore trends in terms, pricing and structures and what investors are likely to see through the course of 2022 and into 2023.
Additional conference panels will focus on trends in middle market investing, ESG matters and current challenges for direct lending and securing large corporate loans.
