Ropes & Gray represented Toast, a cloud-based, all-in-one digital technology platform built for restaurants, in the acquisition of Delphi Display Systems, a leading provider of digital display solutions and drive-thru technology for quick-service restaurants. The transaction was announced on February 16. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition will enhance Toast’s quick-service and enterprise restaurant capabilities at fast casual eateries in the U.S. to improve speed of service, facilitate faster workflows for ordering and the kitchen, increase efficiency and add additional revenue opportunities.
