Brett notes that federal and state agencies may change rules that affect these hospital-at-home programs that deliver inpatient level care in a patient’s home.
He notes that compliance may become more challenging and hospitals should adequately plan to implement the necessary transitional efforts to move from a pandemic to post-pandemic environment so they remain in compliance.
