Ropes & Gray advised middle-market private equity firm BV Investment Partners in a growth-oriented investment in Hardenbergh Group, a nationwide provider of non-clinical professional staffing, consulting, physician peer review and outsourced solutions to healthcare organizations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and the transactions was announced on August 15 in a press release.
Headquartered in Boston, BV Investment Partners was founded in 1983, and since then has invested approximately $4.8 billion, actively targeting investments in the tech-enabled business services, software, and IT services industries.
The deal team was led by private equity partner Tim Castelli, finance partner Greg Bauer, tax partner Aaron Harsh, employment partners Jen Cormier and Stephanie Bruce, health care partner Christina Bergeron, data, privacy & cybersecurity partner Ed McNicholas, and private equity associate Andrew Pomranke.
