Litigation & enforcement partners Amy Roy and Rob Skinner co-authored an article featured in Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance that examines a matter before the New York state court related to anti-ESG efforts.

Privately-funded litigation against three New York City pension plans represents the first direct judicial review of anti-ESG fiduciary theory that consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors in investing is in breach of fiduciary duties owed by asset managers and pension officials.
