Ropes & Gray represented the underwriters in Loar Holdings Inc.’s IPO of 11 million shares worth an estimated $308 million. The pricing of the offering was announced in a April 24 press release. The shares will be offered on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol LOAR.
Loar Holdings is a diversified manufacturer and supplier of niche aerospace and defense components that are essential for today’s aircraft and aerospace and defense systems.
The team included capital markets partners Craig Marcus and Tara Fisher and included environmental partner Peter Alpert and tax partner David Saltzman.
