Ropes & Gray represented American Industrial Partners in its acquisition of the Sulfuric Acid Regeneration Business of Veolia North America. The company has been renamed Nexpera, with the mission to bring next-level expertise for industrial chemistry to its customer base. The announcement was made in a July 31 press release.
American Industrial Partners is an industrial investor with approximately $16 billion in assets under management.
