In a Law360 article, health care partner Christine Moundas, co-head of the firm’s digital health initiative, discussed new federal health data rules and their impact on health care providers and vendors.
The new regulations are part of an incremental approach the federal government has taken over the past 20 years to formalize the rules for sharing digital health information.
