Ropes & Gray represented Simple Mills in a definitive agreement to sell the company to Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO) for $795 million in cash. The acquisition was announced on Jan. 8 in a press release.
Simple Mills is a market-leading natural brand offering premium better-for-you crackers, cookies, snack bars, and baking mixes.
