Ropes & Gray represented Ardena, a portfolio company of GHO Capital Partners, in its completed acquisition of Catalent’s drug product manufacturing facility in Somerset, NJ. The completed transaction was announced in a Feb. 4 press release.
Ardena is a specialist pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) and bioanalytical Contract Research Organization (CRO) with facilities in Belgium, Spain, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
