Ropes & Gray has advised leading private credit investor Park Square Capital in relation to the acquisition by its portfolio company Cleanova of Micronics Engineered Filtration Group (“Micronics”), a provider of advanced engineering filtration solutions.
This transformative industrial combination will create one of the largest independent industrial filtration businesses in the world, with an enterprise value of $1.3 billion.
