Ropes & Gray advised New Mountain Capital in its growth investment in Office Ally, a healthcare technology company providing a suite of cloud-based clearinghouse and software solutions to healthcare providers, partners, and health plans. As part of the transaction, Francisco Partners, which originally invested in Office Ally in 2021, will also reinvest alongside management. The transaction was announced in an April 7 press release.
Office Ally works with more than 80,000 healthcare organizations and enables the exchange of more than 950 million transactions annually between providers and payers to coordinate patient care and enable healthcare payments.
New Mountain Capital is a New York-based investment firm and currently manages private equity, strategic equity, credit, and net lease real estate funds with nearly $55 billion in assets under management.
