Ropes & Gray represented Baillie Gifford as an investor in workforce management platform Rippling’s $450 million Series G funding round. The transaction was announced on May 9.
Baillie Gifford is an independent investment partnership with £217 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31, 2024. Baillie Gifford invests in game-changing companies (both public and private) that can sustain growth and provide returns for clients over five to ten years and sometimes longer.
The team was led by private equity partner Adam Leamon and strategic transactions associate Joe Muller, and included litigation & enforcement partners Emerson Siegle and Ama Adams.
