CSA partners with health systems and surgeons to develop and operate high-quality, patient-centric ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and currently manages 16 facilities in five states that perform over 100,000 orthopedic, total joint replacement, spine, ophthalmology, ENT, urology and GI procedures annually. WCAS is a leading U.S. private equity firm focused on two target industries: technology and healthcare.
