Greg Bauer spoke with The Hinsdalean as he prepared for his third Pan-Mass Challenge, a yearly bike-a-thon across Massachusetts to benefit the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The 186-mile ride will take place on Aug. 2 and 3 and Ropes & Gray will be represented by a cross-office team of 35.
“There's a lot of camaraderie in this ride," Bauer said. "It really is just a heartfelt weekend."
Participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge is a longstanding tradition at Ropes & Gray, and the firm has raised about $3.3 million since first joining the effort more than 20 years ago.
