Helen notes that an increasing number of institutions are embracing digital assets and blockchain technologies for operational, transactional and investment-related purposes.
Helen explains that for some board members one of the biggest risks surrounding crypto was the lack of regulatory clarity and questions about federal agency oversight of various digital asset technologies. As these questions are being addressed through legislation, the associated risks will be substantially mitigated.
