Ropes & Gray represented CCMP Growth Advisors in its acquisition of Airo Mechanical, a provider of HVAC and plumbing installation services for multifamily and light commercial property developers and general contractors operating in the Southeastern United States. The deal was announced in an Aug. 7 press release.
CCMP Growth Advisors is a private equity firm focused on leading buyout and growth equity investments in high-growth, lower middle market companies in the industrial and consumer sectors, primarily in North America.
The team was led by private equity partner Sam Levitt and included finance partner Arek Maczka, tax partner Tristan Evans-Wilent, employment, executive compensation & benefits partners Pascal Mayer and Greg Demers, IP transactions partner Jordan Altman, and real estate partner David Kaye.
