Ropes & Gray represented Gauge Capital and its portfolio company CENTEGIX® in a growth equity investment by Charlesbank Capital Partners. As part of the transaction, Gauge and members of the founding management team of Centegix will roll over a portion of their transaction proceeds. Centegix is a provider of innovative workplace safety solutions, and will use the proceeds of the investment to accelerate its platform development, further its geographic expansion, and develop new use cases across K-12 educational sites, as well as healthcare, government and commercial facilities.
The transaction was announced in an Aug. 19 press release.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partner Matt Richards and private equity associate Raxit Shah, and included tax partners Alyssa Kollmeyer and Brandon Dunn and IP transactions partner Erica Han.
