Ropes & Gray advised Gauge Capital in its acquisition of APHIX, a provider of commercial landscaping services. APHIX provides comprehensive commercial landscaping solutions with locations in Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama. The transaction was announced in a August 22 press release.
