(Nasdaq: SOND), and related intercreditor arrangements. The transaction closed on August 5, 2025, and was announced on August 7, 2025 in a press release.
Sonder Holdings is a leading global brand of premium, design-forward apartments and boutique hotels, with properties in prime locations in 41 cities, spanning nine countries, and three continents.
