Ropes & Gray Represents Arcline Investment Management in First-Ever Emergency Communications Infrastructure Securitized Notes Offering for Kings III of America

Ropes & Gray represented Arcline Investment Management in an inaugural ABS notes offering for Kings III of America, LLC. Kings III of America is a leading provider of elevator and pool emergency communication systems in the United States. The notes are backed by cash flows from Kings III’s customer contracts and certain of its underlying call center infrastructure assets. The transaction is the first-ever emergency communication infrastructure ABS offering. The private placement closed on September 11, 2025, and was arranged by Guggenheim Securities.
