Ropes & Gray has advised Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, on its co-lead investment in a €2 billion single-asset continuation vehicle for Wireless Logic, a leading global Internet of Things (IoT) platform provider. The continuation vehicle, which represents the largest of its kind completed in Europe this year, will be managed by Montagu.
Headquartered in the UK, Wireless Logic enables businesses to connect, manage, and optimize millions of IoT devices across networks, geographies, and technologies within a single integrated environment.
This transaction further builds on a strong year for Partners Group’s private equity secondaries business, which has invested over $4 billion globally in 2025. The firm is currently fundraising for its latest global private equity secondaries program, which is the eighth vintage in the series.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by asset management partners Tom Alabaster and Chris Townsend and support from associate Madalina Asandului.
