Ropes & Gray has represented TSG Consumer Partners in its strategic growth minority investment in Pura Vida Miami, a premium all-day café and lifestyle brand focused on health and wellness. The transaction was announced on November 13 in a press release. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TSG is a leading consumer-focused private equity firm with approximately $13 billion in assets under management.
